We would like to know how to dimension in a draft file in an isometric view and seem to remember being shown this in a training course some time ago. I can't find the answer in the on line help and would be grateful for advise please.
What is the best method for creating a centre line symbol in draft?
Can a text box be anchored to a drawing view to enable the view to move and the text box move with it?
I would like to call out the surface area of a particular face of a feature and have it displayed in a draft doucment with a call out. Not the total surface but a single face.
When we use the 'copy to library' tool in the draft enviroment the symbol is sent to the user's desktop. Is it possible to set up solid edge options to re-direct them at all? We would save more time if the symbols saved went directly to our server.

I am creating a drawing of an assembly where various parts of the assembly are hidden. Then placing a parts list that only contains the visible parts. I then create another drawing view that has some different parts shown / hidden. As soon as this happens the original parts list goes out of date. If I update it the contents bnow reflect the new drawing. How can I overcome this?
In draft mode, I have created a sectional view of an object. The cutting plane slices vertically through a rib, and in the sectional view I do not want cross-hatching to be displayed on the rib. Is there a way to remove this section of cross-hatching (preferably without having to delete all of the cross-hatching and redrawing the correct cross-hatching)?
Can a text box be at an angle in a drawing?
I am creating draft views from models that contain parts made with XpressRoute in Solid Edge ST2. Within the drawing the tube centerlines are visible but I would like to turn them off. How do I do this?
