  1. How can you generate a parallel plane in a synchronous part model? The parallel option does not seem to exist.

  2. I have an existing traditional part model and would like to make some modifications to it using Synchronous Technology. How can I convert it to a Synchronous part?

  3. Using a synchronous ST2 part. After randomly placing multiple holes how do you align the holes to each other. Is it necessary to dimension each hole ?

  4. With my new found knowledge of realizing that working with and editing surfaces in SE is generally still more flexible within Traditional Templates than Synchronous Templates, how can I therefore move, import or open that same Traditional part file in a Synchronous Template in order to continue with the part design using Synchronous Technology?

  5. Have just upgraded to the new Synchronous Technology version and cannot find how to save a part model as an IGES file. The only option under Save As seems to be Save As Image

  6. I have a swept surface which I used a single sweep path but multiple cross-sections to create. I want to go back and add in one more cross-section and re-generate the surface. Normally, I am able to do this by right-clicking on the surface feature in the pathfinder and choosing the "edit definition" command from the context menu. I can then edit the surface as needed. Foir some reason in this model I do not seem to have these options on the context menu. Has the Edit Definition command been moved somewhere else in this new version of Solid Edge ST2?
