This How To training session focuses on the steps required to create a WebKey account which can be used to access the Siemens PLM Software online support site called the Global Technical Access Centre (GTAC). This will allow you to download product updates, implementation guides and white papers, setup license files, retrieve emergency license files, access the Solid Edge newsgroups and report Solid Edge issues direct with Siemens.
