Should you cancel no future membership charges will be levied. No partial used subscriptions are refunded.
If you are charged between notifying us and the membership being cancelled, that payment will be refunded.
You can cancel your membership for Solid Mastermind using any of the following methods.

When telephoning you will need to provide details of which subscription you wish to cancel.
To verify your account you will be asked for the answer to your secret question for Member Services.
By facsimile
By sending a fax to +44 870 383 5200.
Please provide details of which subscription you wish to cancel including your registered Solid Mastermind email address.
To verify your account also include the answer to your secret question for Member Services.
